Firefly Delivers Cisco Authorized Training in APAC
|
Firefly announced today that it will begin delivering Cisco Authorized Training in the
Asia Pacific Theater (APAC). Firefly will partner with Element K, one of the world's
largest Cisco Learning Solutions Partners, as a Sponsored Organization of Element K.
Firefly has surpassed stringent personnel, training services, customer satisfaction, and
specialization requirements set forth by Cisco in order to be certified to deliver Cisco
Authorized Training in APAC.
With Firefly's new Sydney-based APAC operations centre, Firefly now has a global reach and
is Cisco’s leading provider of training solutions, courseware development, and consulting
services for the emerging technologies marketplace worldwide. The Firefly team is
comprised of experienced leaders in the emerging technologies marketplace, including
Intelligent IP Infrastructure, Application Optimization, Security, Storage Networking,
and more.
Firefly’s unique training methodology follows a lifecycle-based approach that helps
customers leverage the value of new technologies by understanding how those technologies
add value to their own environments. The Firefly methodology integrates customized,
site-specific training with a consulting services approach that addresses each phase of
the solution lifecycle.
