Firefly CEO Pat Bodin on the Cisco Nexus 5000 Launch
Firefly CEO Pat Bodin commented recently on the launch of Cisco's Nexus 5000 switch and the recently revamped Cisco Data Center Network Infrastructure Specialization.

Cisco's data center vision and the opportunity to deliver data center services is going to be a key differentiator for resellers going forward. "This is critical to the market," Pat said. "It's going to be a requirement for us. Having a service portfolio is expected in the data center. I think services are critical, and it's not something you can muddle around with. It will be the key differentiator."

Firefly is meeting that challenge for its customers with a new Data Center Architecture Workshop service (DCAW). DCAW is an interactive workshop designed to help senior DC engineers develop a foundational blueprint for architecting next-generation DC services in a consolidated, virtualized, automated environment.

DCAW workshops are facilitated by senior multi-disciplinary Firefly engineers who are intimately familiar with both business requirements and Cisco Data Center technologies and solutions.
