Position: Senior Technical Course Developer (Contract)

Required qualifications:
  • At least 5 years technical writing experience
  • Experience developing technical training content specifically
  • Instructional design expertise
  • Fundamental knowledge of data networking technologies
  • Ability to learn new technologies rapidly, given access to appropriate technical resources
  • Good skills in PowerPoint for development of training slides
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dependable and committed to excellence
Preferred skills and experience:
  • Knowledge of Cisco products and technologies
